Features

  • Anisotropic magnetoresistance technology

  • Patented design

  • Angle range: 0 – 180o

  • High sensitivity and low hysteresis

  • Accurate in weak magnetic fields

  • Low power consumption

  • Excellent output and thermal stability

  • Miniature size

The AA1010 magnetic angle sensor is a dual-axis magnetic sensor based on Anisotropic Magnetoresistance (AMR) technology.

The sensor consists of two isolated Wheatstone bridges that are placed at 45° relative to each other.

The sensor is sensitive to in-plane magnetic field, where a rotating magnetic field generated two sinusoidal outputs with the frequency double the rotation frequency. Thus, sensor can be used to measure rotational magnetic fields with angle in the range of 0°– 180°

Each bridge has 2 kΩ nominal resistance and output of the bridge is purely ratiometric with the power supply voltage.

The AA10 angle sensor is highly sensitive and has the ability to detect signals even at the wide gaps in non-contact sensing.

Excellent thermal and voltage stability makes it suitable for challenging environments.

The AA10 angle sensors is available in 8T-DFN package (3 mm x 3 mm) and SOIC (4 mm x 5 mm).
